Hector Tavarez, retired as a Police Captain from the Egg Harbor Township Police Department, he is the founder and continues his public service as the Executive Director of Police Activities League of Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic County.
“I took an oath to protect and serve our communities as a police officer and did so for 25 years. Service to our communities continues to be my life mission and I believe Joe shares that mission,” said Tavarez. “That’s why I’m coming out in support of Joe Salerno. He shares my passion for this community and my conviction that we must and can do better for the South Jersey citizens we’re called to serve. He will support our first responders, our teachers and our children.”
